Today, Prime Cut has totally been transformed. From being a small back-of-the-shop style business with amateurish packaging, and old school methods – it has become a professional food enterprise, that can be found across Europe in all Kosher stores and some large chain supermarkets.
Moses has not stopped, and has continued in his father’s footsteps in achieving the impossible, and always trying to bring the latest and best in Quality and Kashrus to the Market. He has since invested huge resources and funds into re-developing his entire plant. From improved recipes and product consistency, to slicing accuracy and packaging innovation – there is nothing that Moses misses. As well - apart from the Regular range, which comprises of more than 25 products, Prime Cut have recently started to manufacture Smoked products – which although relatively new to the Kosher market in Europe – it has seen enormous success in Israel, and America. Ranging from Smoked Hot Dogs, to Smoked Beef Pastrami, and Smoked Chicken Pastrami.
The little shop in Stamford Hill, where it all started is still selling fresh meat, meat products like beef mince and goulash.
The Prime Cut range has positioned the company in the top few Kosher meat producers in Europe, and as far as Moses and Prime Cut are concerned, they won’t stop until they hit No.1.
